Monitor Calibration and Photography

My husband got me the Spyder 4 monitor calibrator for Christmas.  I must not have done it correctly the first time I calibrated because there wasn't much change.  I knew from editing and printing pictures that my monitor was too cool.  I just calibrated it tonight and it's a huge difference.  I feel like I need to go back and re-edit a bunch of pictures.  I'm not sure why I didn't do this sooner.

Here are a couple pictures of my youngest sister.  Her Senior Recital is coming up.  :)

This one is my favorite.

Silly kids..

Sissy: Mommy Bubby said the S word
Me: I don't know what that means
Sissy: He said stop!

A KG student was moved to another classroom with a different teacher. A student in his old class said he was moved because his teacher was sick with a sore throat and couldn't yell at him anymore. Ironically, this teacher is not one to "yell" at kids. She may raise her voice, but rarely yells.

We went to the Y and as I was walking my kids out of the changing area a woman walks in front if us in just her shirt. My 2 yr old yelled "Eww! Nakey Butt, Nakey Butt.".

I wish I'd write this stuff down more often. I'd have a book.
